Every Apple Valley Property Owner must pay a maintenance assessment per lot owned due every April 1 in order to be in good standing and to receive a photo ID membership card. The owner of the lot, their spouse and their dependent children can obtain photo ID membership cards. If an additional family member wants to use any of the facilities without the property owner, the property owner may obtain a family pass. The maintenance assessment pays for the association to upkeep all of the facilities in Apple Valley including the beaches, docks, indoor pool, outdoor pool, the clubhouse, Floral Valley Community Center, fitness center, Marina, etc.
