DIRECTIONS: From the front entrance of Apple Valley, turn right on Apple Valley Drive.
Continue for approximately 5.5 miles. The Marina will be on your left.

SALES: The Apple Valley Marina is a full service marina run by the Apple Valley Property Owners Association. The Marina sells new and used boats, trailers, boat lifts, engines, paddle boats, kayaks, canoes and more.

SERVICES: The Marina provides many services including docking, outside and inside storage, winterization, de-winterization, boat repair, oil changes, refueling and other services.

RENTALS: Pontoon, fishing boat, and non-powered boat rentals are also available to property owners.

BOAT LAUNCHES
There are two (2) boat launches located at the Marina (one inside the fence and one outside the fence located just past the gated area) on the north end of the lake.

SALES AND SERVICE
The Marina store is fully equipped with
bait, takle, gas, oil, parts for boats and trailers, water skis, life jackets, tow ropes, tow bars, wetsuits, innertubes, and many other boating accessories.

FUELING
There are three (3) gas pumps at the Marina. Two pumps are accessible by boat, located on two docks, and the other is located in the driveway of the Marina in front of the store.
