850 Crestrose Drive (off of Apple Valley Drive). 740-397-1027 The center is open Monday, Wenesday, Thursday from 9am to 8pm Friday & Saturday from 9am to 9pm. Sunday 12 Noon till 8pm. (The building is closed on Tuesdays.)

Built in 1985, Floral Valley is 80 x 120 feet in size. The facility is used for Apple Valley Functions and meetings and houses the Olympic size indoor pool. The center has kitchen facilities (33 x 25 feet) designed for the preparation of large dinners with lots of counter space, deep fryer,dishwasher, refrigerator, two ovens, microwave, and steam table. In 1990, a lounge area was created and is equipped with a television with cable, VCR, library and card tables. Floral Valley also has indoor recreation such as Ping Pong tables and Pool tables. The center is used for roller skating in the winter months on Friday nights from 7-9 p.m.
	There are also outside facilities for property owner use such as a baseball field and a children's playground area. There is a gravel walking path around the grounds of Floral Valley. Floral Valley Community Center may be rented. Entertain your guests for a wedding reception, anniversary celebration, or other event at this fine air conditioned facility. DIRECTIONS: From the front entrance to Apple Valley, turn left on Apple Valley Drive. Continue for approximately 4 miles and then turn left on to Crestrose Drive. The entrance for the indoor pool will be in the upper parking lot located on your left. The Banquet entrance is located in front (shown) in the lower level parking lot .

The recreation center is equipped with an Olympic size indoor pool, kitchen and large meeting/activity area, shuffle board, and game tables (ping pong, air hockey, and pool table). The outdoor area includes a ballfield, woods, and a playground. Built in 1985, Floral Valley is 80'x120' in size. RENTING THE FACILITY: Entertain your guests for a wedding reception, anniversary celebration, or other event at this fine air conditioned facility. $300.00 refundable deposit is required for reserving the Floral Valley Community Center upon reservation. Daily cost for renting the hall is $450.00. Additioinal $50.00 for each hour of use after midnight, and $150.00 for use of the kitchen. Rental is also available to non-property owners. The kitchen facility (33'x25') is designed for the preparation of large dinners with lots of counter space, deep fryer, commercial dishwasher, commercial-size refrigerator, two ovens, microwave, and steam table.
