DIRECTIONS: Turn left on Apple Valley Drive from the front entrance of Apple Valley.
Bennett Park is approximately 2.5 miles from the entrance on the right at 1720 Apple Valley Drive.
You will see a driveway marked with a sign that reads "Bennett Park."

 

The pond is stocked with blue gill and has a fishing pier. There is a playground and a picnic shelter.
Bennett Park is one of Apple Valley's common areas for all Apple Valley Property Owners and their guests.

SHELTER RESERVATIONS:
   Shelters can be reserved on Saturday or Sunday at the rate of $15 per four-hour rental. Reservations can be made free of charge Monday through Friday. Setup and clean up must be completed within the reservations time. Reservations are not allowed on holidays and holiday weekends. When there are no reservations, shelters are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Property owners may bring up to 25 non-property-owner guests during a reservations (the 25 does not include "
Family Unit" individuals within the household.
   When the reservation time has expired, guests will be subject to AVPOA rules and regulations (10 guests per family unit). Property owners must register at the Administration Office. Registration will be honored on a first-come, first-serve basis, upon completion of the appropriate registration form and payment in full. Forms may be completed in person, by fax (740-397-2927) or by email.
