| Apple Valley has three beaches available for swimming, picnics and recreational purposes. |
All beaches have the following facilities and equipment: Beach house with restrooms and changing facilities, children's playground, paved parking lots, lifeguards on duty (seasonal only), open play grassy areas, sand volleyball court, picnic shelter (can be reserved by calling the AVPOA office at 397-3311, see beach rules for details), and barbeque grills. | Sutton Beach - located on Baldwin Drive |

| To get to Sutton Beach, turn left on Apple Valley Drive from the front entrance to Apple Valley and then take your first right on to Baldwin Drive. You will see a sign on your right for Sutton Beach. It was constructed in 1971. Picnic facilities include a shelter (can be reserved, call 397-3311), tables and barbeque grills. This beach is usually the most populated of the three in the summer. |

The swimming area is approximately 400 feet long. The total common area frontage on the lake is approximately 800 feet. |

| Davis Beach - located on Ridgeway Drive |

| Davis beach is located on Ridgeway Drive off of Apple Valley Drive. Take a left on Apple Valley Drive from the front entrance to Apple Valley. Turn right on Ridgeway Drive, you will see a sign for Davis Beach. It was constructed in 1974. Playground equipment, a sand volleyball court and common docks are also available.This beach is usually less populated than Sutton Beach. The parking lot is at the top of a large hill which leads down to the beach. |

| King Beach - Kingsway Circle |

| It was constructed in 1974. To get to King Beach, take a right on Apple Valley Drive from the entrance of Apple Valley. Turn left on Kingsway Circle. You will see a sign for King Beach on your left. This is usually the least populated beach of the three in Apple Valley. |
