DIRECTIONS: From the entrance of Apple Valley (Apple Valley Blvd.) turn right onto Apple Valley Drive and take your first right, which is Hasbrouck Circle - continue straight into the parking lot ahead.
The Apple Valley Property Owners Association (AVPOA) Office is in the extension (built in 2008) at the far end of the large white barn.
This is the office where you can obtain AVPOA membership photo ID cards, boat decals, building permits, family passes, etc. AVPOA ID cards are required to use any facilities, including the beaches.
Upon entering the lobby, to your left is the Conference Room where Board Meetings are held; to your right is the Administration Office.
