The blue apple in the logo is more than just an apple. It represents the Apple Valley lake community from a bird’s eye view. The center represents the blue water of the lake. The green circle around the apple represents the scenic green shoreline, and the apple seeds in the middle represent a group of boats.

In years past, it was possible to have a lot with multiple owners, but in 1997, a bylaw was passed by the membership limiting membership privileges to the first individual listed on a deed, and his/her family unit. A property owner may purchase a family pass for his/her immediate family members for a fee.
I own two lots; how many boats can I register to use on Apple Valley lake?
You may register a total of four boats per lot owned in Apple Valley. Of these four boats per lot, a maximum of two can be powered boats.
I am a property owner and I want to fish, do I need a fishing license?
You must have a fishing license in order to fish at Apple Valley. You can obtain a fishing license at the Apple Valley Marina.
My son and his family want to go to the beach, but I cannot be with them. Can they obtain a pass?
There are family passes available for immediate family for a variety of different timeframes for a fee. By obtaining a pass, the family will have the same privileges as the property owner. If the pass is for a period of at least 90 days, the holder(s) of the pass(s) will be permitted to bring guests.
