For the purpose of promoting public health, safety, morals, comfort, general welfare, and to conserve and protect property values, all building plans or construction of any kind upon any lot must have prior written approval by representative of the Association detailed in the Architectural Control Rules and Regulations. These rules and regulations are for the purpose of supplementing the Association's Restrictive Covenants and Bylaws.

Approval is obtained by completing the appropriate forms and submitting to the office of the Association. A completed application packet submitted at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled Architectural Control Committee meeting will be considered at that meeting. In compliance with the Restrictive Covenants, please allow thirty (30) days for processing.
