Family Pass Regulations:

Property owners can bring their family to the facilities as "guests" without a family pass as long as the property owner is WITH them. BUT, if a family member (including those listed in #2) wants to use the facilities WITHOUT the property owner, the property owner must obtain a family pass for them.

Once the form and payment has been received by the AVPOA, the family members must come to one of the facilities listed in #1 to obtain their temporary family ID card.

1. Property Owners may download/print the form below, and bring it to the AVPOA Administrative Office, Floral Valley Community Center, or the Marina. This form may also be picked up at these facilities. You may also mail your form along with your payment to:

2. The Property Owner must sign a form to obtain passes for immediate family members.
(Immediate family members include: Property Owner's Parents; Sons and Daughters and their spouse and children;  Brothers and Sisters and their spouse and children; Grandparents and Grandchildren.

3. The Family Pass will cover the eligible member's "family unit," which is defined in the bylaws as "an individual or married couple and any dependent children of each who currently qualify as IRS income tax exemptions or are legal wards of, and currently reside with such individual or married couple."

4. The Property Owner will assume full responsibility for the immediate family members.

5. Revocation of family passes is possible.

6. Immediate family members may have camping privileges for daily fee. On holidays and holiday weekends, they must camp in the overflow.

7. Family members who qualify for a Family Pass are not permitted to bring guests (3-7 Days, 30-60 Day Passes). This is with the exception of the 90 Day or the 365 Day Passes, which they are allowed to bring guests.

8. Co-owners are not eligible for Family Passes.

9. Privileges are limited to use of the facilities.
